Sana Bagwan comes from a simple farmer family, and her journey began in Solapur, where she learned the values of hard work, patience, and honesty at a very young age. Though her background was modest, her dreams were always big. She is a highly hardworking and patient individual who stays fully focused on her work and responsibilities.
Her biggest motivation has always been to become independent and create a better life for herself and her family. She completed her 10th grade in 2018 and enrolled in ITI with the hope of building a meaningful future. Unfortunately, the lockdown disrupted her education, marking one of the most challenging phases of her life. While others were enjoying life, Sana Bagwan was silently fighting her own struggles, but the resilience she developed in Solapur and her family’s support helped her stay strong.
During this time, she started doing online work through her mobile phone and worked with dedication for a few months until the opportunity came to an end. Even then, she did not lose hope. She searched for jobs in many places and faced rejection, fear, and disappointment, but her patience, discipline, and strong work ethic kept her moving forward.
Through her sister’s reference, she finally got an opportunity to join Pride Company. This marked her first professional job and also her first experience of living in Pune. The transition from Solapur to Pune was a major turning point in her life. A new city, new people, and new responsibilities made her nervous, but her hardworking nature and willingness to learn helped her adapt quickly.
She stayed focused on her work, handled responsibilities sincerely, and gradually built confidence. Today, Sana Bagwan has three years of work experience and has traveled to many countries, experiencing different cultures along the way.
Traveling has become her passion, and she has many future plans connected to personal growth, learning, and exploring the world. Currently, she is working in the UAE (Dubai), where she has also experienced Dubai Safari.
From Solapur to the international stage, her journey is a true example of determination and self-belief. Looking back, she feels proud of how far she has come. Life was never easy, but with hard work, patience, focus on her work, and her family’s support, she proved that anything is possible. Her journey is not over yet; it is just the beginning of her success story.
